 Overseas Express Travel & Tours (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Overseas Express) was first established as Overseas Travel Services in January, 1977. Since then Overseas Express Travel & Tours (M) Sdn. Bhd. has been associated with several conventions, large incentive groups and in the process acquired a reputation for quality services and commitment to high standard. Overseas Express has grown up to become a force to be reckoned with in the travel industry.
Overseas Express has an extensive network of branches throughout Johor and sub-agents throughout Malaysia. A team of more than 50 capable personnel travellers offers a range of travel services. Overseas Express is a fully accredited IATA and MATA member. Overseas Express has its own BSP (Bank Settlement Plan), directly authorised by more than 50 prestigious Airlines to issue their ticket immediately.
To maintain the reputation, Overseas Express has 65 managers and staffs, all trained to the very highest level of quality assuring customers a consistent level of quality apparent in all the events that handled.
The Company is comprised of eight separate departments :-
- Sales Department
Sales specialists on incentive groups, conventions, seminars, operation, ground handling, hotel arrangement and tour itinerary.
- Outbound Department
(Tour Operation / Hotel Reservation & Front Counter)
Specialises in tour packages to all over the world, departing from Malaysia or Singapore.
- Ticketing Department
Trained to ensure swift booking and delivery of airline tickets. Advises on the ideal and budget rate.
- Visa Department
Visa Application and enquiries. This team works closely with the sales and outbound department.
- Charter Flights
Specialises in charter flight services to popular destinations in China like Kunming and Yunan. More charter flights are arranged continuously.
- GGLT
Arranges exciting daily tour departures to Genting Highlands.
